Upper Rock Gardens Apartments provide serviced accommodation close to the seafront in Kemptown and the Brighton Pier area, and just a 20 minute walk from Brighton station.
There are studios, one and two bedroom apartments available; all have kitchens, and double beds in the master bedrooms.
The studio apartment benefits from a small private patio area and the two bedroom duplex apartment has two bathrooms.
The living areas include flat screen TVs with Freeview, DVD players, Hi-Fi/stereos and iPod docking stations. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the stay.
All of the apartments have a dishwasher and some also have a washer/dryer. Free on-site communal laundry facilities are available for those apartments that don’t have a washing machine.

The terms and conditions of changing a confirmed reservation at this particular property are:14 days' notice of cancellation is required prior to check-in for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
Notice given within 14 days will result in a charge equal to 14 nights minus the number of days' notice given. For example, if check-in is on 8th August and notice to cancel is given on 3rd August, then 5 days' notice has been given and a charge of 9 nights will therefore apply (14 days - 5 days' notice given = 9 night charge).
This policy also applies to in-house guests should a stay need to be shortened.
