The town of Weybridge is located in the county of Surrey, South East England and lies on the south bank of the River Thames, 10 miles south of Heathrow Airport. Weybridge station lies on the London Waterloo to Southampton line and provides four services an hour to Central London.

Weybridge was originally nothing more than a crossing point where the River Wey joins the Thames, but after Henry VIII built Oatlands Palace in 1537 it became an important community. The Palace was demolished in 1650. Just south of Weybridge is Brooklands, a disused motor racing circuit. Opened in 1907, it was the first custom-built banked oval motor race circuit in the world and now houses a fine motor racing and aviation museum.
