Can I amend or cancel my serviced apartment in Bengaluru?

If you are looking to amend or cancel your booking it is worth contacting us as soon as possible. Each property has a specific cancellation policy set out by the property manager, therefore as long as you give enough notice before your arrival this should not be a problem. Most amendments do not come with charges, however if you give late notice for instance charges are more likely to be applied. You can find the cancellation policy for each apartment listed on the ‘Cancellation Policy’ tab on each property profile on our website. On top of this, the Account Management team will also confirm any terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, at the reservation stage. Requests to amend bookings are common so our Account Management team are more than capable and ready to handle any queries or changes you wish to make to your reservation. Extensions are mostly subject to availability whilst requests to shorten your stay or full cancellations may incur cancellation charges. This all depends on how much notice you give and the policy which you will be able to find in your booking confirmation. Please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as you know that you want to amend your original reservation.
