Competition Terms & Conditions

• The prize is for a studio or one-bedroom apartment, for 2-person occupancy 
• The prize will be a 4 or above standard accommodation in New York, London, Singapore, Madrid, or Dubai.* 
• The prize is strictly subject to availability and excludes event dates, public holidays such as New Year's Eve, and peak season dates. 
• The winner must give at least three weeks’ notice when booking, and the prize must be booked by 31st Jan 2026. 
• The prize must be accepted as offered; it is not transferable, refundable, and there is no cash alternative. 
• This competition is open to entrants worldwide. 
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 
• By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for their name and county to be used for publicity purposes by SilverDoor in printed and/or online formats, such as social media. 
• The prize winner will be notified within seven days of the closing date and will be contacted via email. 
• The exact property and apartment type booked will be sourced & confirmed by SilverDoor at the time of booking confirmation. 
• SilverDoor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner and may require proof of identity and age as a condition of awarding the prize. If requested, the winner must provide proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded. 
• Amenities, features, and facilities may vary depending on location and apartment type. 
• Food and travel are not included and must be paid for by the winner. 
• If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the draw, SilverDoor reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random. 
• The prize must not be re-sold. 
• No purchase is necessary. 
• The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. 
• The prize has no monetary value. 
• SilverDoor will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering the competition or taking up the prize, except where it is caused by SilverDoor's negligence. SilverDoor accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete or cannot be entered for any technical or other reason beyond its control. 
• SilverDoor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if it cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its control.
