We are delighted to announce that we have won an HBAA award for our use of social media.
The Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) is a trade body that brings together parties involved in the procurement of conferences, meetings and accommodation across the world. Their awards celebrate “member agencies, hotels and venues that set the benchmark of best practice within the industry”.
The awards are now in their fifth year but the category of Best Use of Social Media by an Agency is new.
The judges said: “As a business-facing organisation, SilverDoor has made great use of social media in a variety of areas from customer service to lead generation and from networking to brand-building. In addition, their understanding of search marketing, in conjunction with social media and high levels of creativity, is helping them to maximise their online visibility.”
