SilverDoor becomes a ASAP quality accredited agent

We’re delighted to announce that SilverDoor has become one of the first companies to achieve the Association of Serviced Apartment Provider’s newly launched quality accreditation for booking agents.

Accreditation was awarded after satisfying a set of criteria that demonstrates SilverDoor meets a range of operational, quality and health & safety standards.

There are a number of key requirements that agents must fulfil in order to achieve quality accreditation and SilverDoor Commercial Director, Stuart Winstone, is proud that we tick all the boxes when it comes to health & safety considerations, property representation and commercial legitimacy.

“We’re thrilled to be amongst the very first ASAP quality accredited agents. It assures our clients that we’re doing things the right way and providing the very best serviced apartment agent service. We’ll continue to work closely with the ASAP to help develop agent standards.”

The quality accreditation scheme is the first of its kind for agents, following the success of the serviced apartment operator quality assessment scheme, and ASAP Managing Director, James Foice, is delighted to be able to offer an official seal of approval for agents.

Foice commented, “The uptake of the quality assessment scheme has been phenomenal and we wanted agents to be able to offer the same level of assurance to clients as operators. Obviously, the criteria is different when evaluating an agent but we took our time to carefully define what it is that an agent must do in order to provide a service that meets client expectations in terms of quality and safety.”
