Introducing our new charity: Stoll
4th February 2019

As the beginning of 2019 approached us, SilverDoor Apartments started a rigorous process to find our new charity for the year and we are excited to announce Stoll as our new charity partner. Stoll helps and houses vulnerable veterans empowering them to live independent and full lives.

Working with over 600 Veterans a year Stoll provides a wide range of services to support hundreds of ex-service men and women.

Talking to Ed Tytherleigh the Chief Executive of Stoll he said:

"We were delighted to be chosen by SilverDoor Apartments as their chosen charity partner for 2019.  There is an obvious synergy between our organisations with SilverDoor Apartments trusted to find the business traveller the best serviced apartments and Stoll the leading provider of accommodation for vulnerable Veterans. Together with SilverDoor Apartments, we will help more ex-Service men and women overcome physical and mental health issues to live fulfilling and independent lives.”

The Stoll and SilverDoor partnerships will help support and house more vulnerable Veterans by engaging in charitable activities throughout the coming year. 2019 will see SilverDoor embark on more charity days in the office including themed parties, competitions, and bake sales to help raise funds for Stoll. SilverDoor has become a founding member of Stoll's Corporate Supporters Programme, whereby corporates show their support of the nation's ex-Service people and network with other companies to aid Stoll's mission.

Speaking to Marcus Angell the Managing Director of SilverDoor Limited he said:

"We are delighted to be working in partnership with a UK charity that offers quality housing and support to those in need. There is clear overlapping between STOLL and SilverDoor Apartments, and together we can help vulnerable veterans lead more fulfilling lives"
