A diverse portfolio reflects the varied length of stay restrictions there are around the world
There are length of stay restrictions in place in some types of serviced apartment buildings in specific locations around the world, but we continue to build a hugely diverse portfolio with a comprehensive range of length of stay terms.
It’s important that we maintain an inventory able to accommodate the requirements of every type of traveller and every type of stay. We respect the varied restrictions of different property types and work hard to balance the mix of licenses available in our portfolio. It is very rare to be booking into a market that does not have any options that can accommodate the length of your stay.
Many international serviced accommodation brands we partner with have extensive global property footprints and can provide a solution alongside their products that may have length of stay restrictions. These brands typically have an inventory that can accommodate any length of stay requirement, so we will be able to source a serviced apartment suitable for your stay.
How does our serviced accommodation portfolio suit a range of length of stay requirements?
Our portfolio has no barrier to entry for suppliers, ensuring we can onboard a range of product for any business traveller and corporate travel programme.
Serviced apartment buildings with a longer minimum stay (for example 30, 60, or even 90+ nights) will offer a more residential feel, allowing guests to live independently and autonomously. Check-ins and outs will be less frequent, meaning guests can get to know their neighbours and maintenance staff more similarly to how they would in a permanent residence.
This type of building suits assignees on long-term projects or relocating employees booking extended stays who will benefit from a sense of community during their stay.
Typically, buildings offering shorter minimum stays or no minimum stay restrictions will have a more transient feel and usually offer more on-site amenities such as a 24-hour reception or food and beverage offerings.
These properties are more likely to be set up like an apart-hotel and suit short-term business travellers or mobility guests on quicker assignments.
Get in touch to discuss your length of stay requirements
Buildings in the Americas and APAC regions do tend to have more length of stay restrictions than markets in Europe, for example, but we work with property partners in both regions who can accommodate most length of stay requirements. Detail your requirements when you make an enquiry, and our account managers will work closely with our global Partner Relationships team to negotiate minimum stay flexibility or source a new property that can accommodate your booking.
