Lees Place Apartments

In a prime location within London, Lees Place Apartments is just a short walk from Marble Arch station and close to Park Lane in Mayfair. This is an affluent area  with Oxford Street close by and the City just an 8 minute tube ride away. The property is tucked away off the main road amidst a quiet neighbourhood of townhouses. A group of us were invited to a familiarisation event at the apartments and it didn’t disappoint.

The event was held in a two bedroom penthouse suite that has two large bedrooms, one main bathroom, an ensuite and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are very spacious with cream carpets in both bedrooms and the main bedroom is elegantly decorated. The whole feel of the place is contemporary and the main bathroom is spectacular - with a free standing bath in the middle of the room, a separate shower and his & her sinks. The view from the bathroom looks right across London so there’s an excuse to soak in the bath a little longer. There’s also a balcony and a terrace leading out of the living area and bedroom that has plenty of room to relax.

The event was great fun and the food was delicious. The organisers put on a spread of canapés including prawn skewers, honey roast mini pork sausages and oriental chicken skewers with a Thai foam dip – all served in the fully equipped kitchen. This holds a large fridge-freezer, a slim line dishwasher and an oven with hob and hood. The drinks were well managed and Prosecco was poured throughout the night. It was a great setting to watch Roger Federer ease past Giles Muller on Centre Court and on the 32 inch wall mounted HD TV, which are in the living room and main bedroom. There’s also room for an eight seat marble dining table, which is perfect for families or for people who are entertaining guests.

If you don't think this is the right place for your next trip to the City, take a look at our wide range of serviced apartments in London for over six hundred potential locations, or give SilverDoor a call today for a personalised service that will find the ideal solution for your needs.
