Introducing Orbi, Our New Industry-Leading Online Booking Platform

We are excited to announce the launch of our powerful online booking platform, Orbi, which enables clients to manage and customise their serviced apartment programme online.

Orbi has been developed specifically for the serviced apartment market and works in partnership with our award-winning account management service to provide our clients with complete control of their programme.

Online Booking and Customisation

Users are able to make online bookings utilising live apartment availability, view all their reservations in one place and generate bespoke management reports.

Orbi is completely customisable and allows travel managers to create multiple users with specific access rights, set defined apartment budgets to help drive compliance, enter office locations and add cost centres which makes it easy to attribute serviced apartment spend.

Traveller Tracking

Duty of care was a key consideration throughout Orbi’s development. Users can view their travellers’ stays via a detailed calendar and interactive map, while Orbi also integrates with traveller tracking services International SOS and Anvil.

Secure Technology

The Orbi platform is built on a reputable cloud-based infrastructure that ensures all client information is secure. All data is encrypted and our services are compliant with industry best practice.

Orbi has been developed entirely in-house by the SilverDoor Technology team and is the latest addition to our suite of technology, Orbital Platforms.
