A 2011 government review into the matter recommended that UK listed companies in the FTSE 100 should all be aiming for a minimum of 25% female board member representation by 2015, so three years later, how have they got on?
To put this to the test we looked at publicly available information for all FTSE 100 companies, to assess the ratio of male to female board members.
