It’s been exactly 1,432 days since Mario Gotze came off the bench to volley home the winner against Argentina in the 2014 World Cup final. Four years on and we find ourselves on the eve of the biggest event in football. England head into the tournament with a squad that has the youngest average age and fewest caps out of any nation but optimism has risen in recent months. A new look formation and some exciting attacking talent leaves fans hopeful that this time, at the very least, we’ll not go out with a whimper.
You could always look up the fixtures on your phone, or find out the results online, but there’s a certain nostalgia about referring to a trusty wall chart. Ours looks best on A3 but still does the job on A4. Print one out, stick it up in the office or on your fridge and keep track of all the action.
