Edgware Apartments
21st May 2014

Late last month, a team of us from SilverDoor viewed Deep Blue’s new Edgware Apartments near Marylebone. Located just off Edgware Road, the apartments are away from the busy roads but are only a two minute walk to the local shops, restaurants and Edgware Road tube station; the perfect addition to our portfolio of serviced apartments in London. We arrived at the property’s security gates, called through on the intercom system and were warmly greeted by Deep Blue’s Reservations Manager, Sherry Humphreys. Sherry led us through the gates to the two bed apartment and we followed her up the stairs to the kitchen and living area on the first floor.

The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and a suitable dining table. The living area featured two double sofas around a coffee table and a flat screen TV and MP3 plug in-facilities. Introductions were made over a glass of chilled wine and a selection of sandwiches. Sherry and Deep Blue’s Sales Representative, Hana Poleckova de Freitas, took us into the next room. Here we found a double bedroom and en suite bathroom, which then led us to the second floor and to a second double bedroom and bathroom. The apartment has wooden floors throughout; the rooms are spacious, modern and furnished with bright interiors.

We also had time to view next door’s three and four bedroom apartments that share the same smart and contemporary feel. These apartments feature a king size bed in the master bedroom and a double, single and twin bed in the other bedrooms. The apartments have two bathrooms: one with a shower attached to the wall over the bath and the other with a separate a shower cubicle. We inspect apartments to not only ensure the standards, but also to become familiar with the properties, so we can offer a truly honest and unbiased opinion to our clients.
