Ariosi will provide consulting services to the hospitality and serviced accommodation sectors by offering bespoke, independent advice to assist serviced accommodation businesses maximise their output and performance. Through strategic consulting, data and insights, and industry specific training programmes, Ariosi drives firms in increasing their capability, capacity and productivity.
An entirely separate business from SilverDoor, sitting within parent company the Habicus Group, Ariosi will be led by new Chief Operations Officer, Joanna Cross. Joanna is joined by Tracie Crombie who will take up the role as Head of Training for Ariosi, and Sacha Sandhar as Head of Insights.
Joanna, Tracie, and Sacha will be well known to many in the serviced accommodation industry. Joanna is the former Managing Director of Clarendon Apartments and Sales and Revenue Manager at Supercity Aparthotels. Tracie spent 15 years with Dolphin Square whilst running a consultancy for hotels and serviced apartments. Sacha Sandhar is the former International Expansion Manager at SilverDoor, and previously worked as a Commercial Analyst at Thomson Reuters and Serco.
The yield gap between hotels and serviced apartments is closing, according to Ariosi COO, Joanna Cross. She also noted that "there is now an unparalleled level of investor resiliency and industry maturity. Serviced accommodation is no longer the underdog, so operators have great potential to boost productivity and profitability as market share continues to grow. The development of a centralised hub of specialist information, organised resources and expert guidance can enhance the market position and mobility of firms within serviced accommodation, thus strengthening the sector as a whole. That is our purpose at Ariosi."
Group CEO Stuart Winstone said of the launch:

Together with Lancaster-based brand and digital consultant EXP, the Ariosi team designed its name and visual identity.
