At SilverDoor, we never want to offer a property that we would not stay in ourselves. That’s why we created the SilverDoor Verified Scheme, to ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance. It is a badge that is given to an apartment when a member of the SilverDoor team has visited and carried out a SilverDoor Verified Assessment. Whilst property visits and inspections have consistently been a central aspect of SilverDoor's quality assurance programme, in 2012, SilverDoor Verified Assessment reports were introduced into our CMS and have remained a part of our CMS ever since, developing over the years into the SilverDoor Verified Assessment process we have today. Therefore, you can be assured that with SilverDoor, you will always receive the highest standard, from the safety down to the amenities of the property.

 

 

Peace of mind your people are safe, secure, and accounted for

Your safety is always our priority,  in fact being able to locate a particular business traveller at any point in their trip is at the heart of tracking and is a cornerstone of duty if care, proclaims Rob Gill. We work with leading travel and operational risk companies such as Everbridge (Anvil) and International SOS. Even better, if you already work with one of these providers, you can inform your SilverDoor account manager to ensure your reservation data is fed into their systems. We provide our own traveller tracking through our SilverDoor Online Booking Tool, enabling our clients to see interactive maps detailing exactly where their business travellers are staying. Wherever you are, you’re always safe and accounted for with SilverDoor.

Due to the essential nature of their work, Bridges continued to work throughout the 2020 lockdowns, their engineers were required to regularly travel to sites and projects throughout the UK.SilverDoor accommodated these key workers, by making approximately 23 mid-week bookings during the summer of 2020on behalf of Bridges Ltd. Even during a global pandemic, SilverDoor has always been there to help accommodate business travellers.  However, keeping the safe and secure whilst also doing so.
