Acting Global Head of Marketing

As Acting Global Head of Marketing, Victoria is responsible for the management of the Marketing team, the development and execution of the company’s marketing and communications strategy, and the marketing and representation of the brand across the company group in EMEA, the Americas and APAC regions. 

The marketing department is responsible for all marketing activities, campaigns, property representation, PR, events, internal communication, graphic design, social media, video output, digital marketing and SEO.

Prior to joining our Lancaster office in December 2015, Victoria had taken a career break to look after her two daughters and spent five years running her own consultancy.
