As Client Account Support - Iberia & LATAM, Valentina is responsible for providing excellent customer service – sourcing accommodation to suit client requirements and negotiating with partners to secure the best rates.
Before starting at SilverDoor, Valentina obtained a bachelor's degree in tourism and hotel management. Alongside SilverDoor, she is working towards a Masters in Revenue Management and Marketing for hotels.
Outside of work, Valentina enjoys dancing.
