As Guest Services Specialist, Steven liaises with clients and property partners to assist in requests and issues throughout their stay. He also updates information on our systems to ensure a high-quality service is provided. He studied personal training, sports therapy and massage at sixth form; prior to joining SilverDoor he worked in hospitality.
