Milena Stachowska

Guest Services Specialist - Iberia & LATAM

As Guest Services Specialist, Milena is responsible for assisting guests with everything related to their accommodation, before, during and after their stay. 

Originally from Poland, Milena lived in the UK for 10 years and obtained a degree in Tourism and Spanish at the University of Chester. Soon after this, Milena started to travel and worked in the customer service industry in Costa Rica, Peru, Poland, Turkey and Spain. 

Outside of work, Milena enjoys spending time with her 4 year old son. She also has a passion for hiking and dancing bachata, kizomba and salsa!

She has been backpacking around South America on her own and volunteered for a charity. She loves an adventure and meeting new people from different cultures!
