Michelle Shepherd
Head Account Manager
As Head Account Manager, Michelle leads three Account Management teams of seven people based in Madrid and London. She is responsible for ensuring that the teams achieve their targets and that the company maintains strong long-term partnerships with all managed accounts.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Michelle spent eight years with The Apartment Service, starting as a reservation consultant before progressing to Head of Global Reservations. Previously, Michelle worked as an Account Manager in the Health and Safety industry.
In her free time, Michelle enjoys cycling or walking her dog with a trusty pub lunch to follow.

"New York - I spent three months living on Park Avenue with work. I loved exploring the streets of NYC in my free time, where every corner revealed a surprise and of course, the food was out of this world!"
