Michelle Jayasinghe
Guest Services Specialist
As a Guest Services Specialist, Michelle is responsible for liaising with customers who request assistance with their accommodation stays. She updates all booking information on our systems and coordinates with property partners to ensure they receive a high-quality service.
Michelle graduated from Birmingham City University with a bachelors in Psychology and Counselling, and recently completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology. Before working at SilverDoor she was a guest service assistant helping airline crews and passengers.
In her free time, Michelle is interested in fashion and make up as well as travelling – especially to Sri Lanka.
Fun Fact:
Michelle was born and raised in Italy and she still travels there to visit her parents!
