Senior Account Support
As Senior Account Support, Michele is responsible for sourcing apartments, negotiating rates and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their accommodation, as well as supporting his colleagues when necessary.
Prior to working for SilverDoor, Michele graduated from London South Bank University in 2016 with a a degree in Hospitality and Business Management. Michele gained experience and expertise about the serviced apartment industry in his previous employment and is passionate about customer service.
In his free time, Michele loves music, cooking, and travelling.
