Account Manager
As Account Manager, Max is responsible for sourcing serviced apartments for clients, negotiating competitive rates, and providing stellar customer service.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Max graduated from Lancaster University with a Masters in Media and Cultural Studies and has since worked in a variety of customer focused roles. Max most recently led a project in student engagement and communications with Lancaster University Law School; the aim of the project was to develop and improve the many ways in which the Law School communicates services integral to students' university experience.

Away from work, Max is a passionate indoor gardener with an impressive collection of rare and unusual plants found from all over the world, including South America and South East Asia!
