Head of Guest Services
As Head of Guest Services, Lynn oversees the Guest Services team to ensure clients are supported every step of the way. Lynn and her team handle customer queries and requests, liaise with our property partners and ultimately ensure every stay is optimised.
Prior to joining us at SilverDoor, Lynn had worked with corporate travellers in the automotive industry. She also spent 8 years with The Apartment Service before being welcomed into our team at SilverDoor after its acquisition in 2021.
