Guest Services Specialist
As a Guest Services Specialist, Krystina is in constant contact with clients and property partners. She assists with check-ins/check-outs and responds to booking amendment requests plus resolving any issues for guests during their stay.
Krystina studied Criminology at Lancaster University and has six years of customer service experience in a retail and hospitality environment.
In her spare time, Krystina enjoys going to the gym, watching films and going to concerts.
