As Senior Account Support, Joanne is responsible for responding to enquiries, sourcing serviced accommodation, and negotiating rates on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Joanne gained industry experience working in a Reservations Team for four years. She also has over 11 years of customer service experience.
