Jen Shelling
Senior Guest Services Specialist
As Senior Guest Services Specialist, Jen looks after the pre-arrival process for OrbiRelo bookings and ensures that everything is up to the required standard.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Jen worked at CityBase back in 2007 and transitioned to SilverDoor when the companies merged. Jen has also spent time working in a primary school and has experience in the challenging behaviour unit in a dementia nursing home.
In her free time, Jen enjoys hiking in the countryside and also loves to cook and bake.
We asked Jen…'Where is your favourite place that you have travelled to and why?'
"Probably Barbados, as it was an absolute paradise. The people were so lovely, the food was amazing, and it is an absolutely beautiful island with so much to explore."
