As Guest Services Team Leader, Jayanthi focuses on the client and corporate travellers experience prior to arrival and throughout their stay. She is specialised in providing quick responses to unforeseen circumstances while focusing on providing positive experiences.
Jayanthi has worked in the service industry for 14 years, joining The Apartment Service in 2019. She is eager to share and develop the experience that she has servicing clients and guests at SilverDoor.
In her free time, Jayanthi enjoys hiking, bowling, and designing jewellery. She also loves cooking a multitude of dishes that she has discovered for around the world.

"I love the Boracay Island in the Philippines. The white sand and crystal-clear water that stretches as far as the eye can see made it the most relaxing and peaceful place I have ever been to!"
