Partner Rates Specialist
As Partner Rates Specialist, Jade helps our property partners through their online journey with SilverDoor. Managing and monitoring rates is a crucial part of this role, being responsible for working with our property partners to obtain their most competitive rates, which can then be booked by our clients using our online booking platform.
Before SilverDoor she was a customer service assistant at The Furness Building Society where she trained new starters, opened new accounts, and helped customers make withdrawals and deposits. Jade studied for her hair and beauty qualification at college and also has 10 years customer service experience.
She likes reading and going to gigs with friends, she actually goes to Download Festival every year.
Did you know?
In the 1st lockdown she read around sixteen books (She loves anything Harry Potter-related).
