As Client Account Support – APAC, Henry handles customer enquiries and liaises with regional property partners to source the best accommodation for clients.
He listens to guests' needs and sources the suitable temporary accommodations while finding their long term housing needs. Henry studied for his diploma in Hotel Management from SHATEC (The International Hotel & Tourism School, Singapore). Prior to joining SilverDoor, Henry worked in international chain hotel groups, mainly in catering and event sales and spent few years as a sales coordinator with Oakwood Studios Singapore.
Did you know?
In 2011, Henry spent almost a month travelling around Central Europe for his honeymoon, exploring eight countries - starting in Italy and finishing in London.
