Emma Ferguson

Account Manager

As Account Manager, Emma oversees and manages one of our Account Management teams; she ensures that our corporate clients receive the best service and apartment options. Emma also trains and provides support to new starters within the Account Management team.

Prior to joining SilverDoor, Emma studied criminology at Lancaster University. While she was there, Emma worked at Pine Lake Resort as front of house/bar staff where she gained valuable customer service skills. For the last seven years, Emma has worked at Allianz Insurance and has been Operational Team Leader for the last four years, managing a team of 10-12 people.

Emma spends most of her free time with her family and two young daughters and she enjoys going to the gym, going for long dog walks, and swimming. She also loves listening to music of all genres from all eras!

We asked Emma…'What is your favourite travel destination?'

"My favourite place that I have travelled to is Jamaica – it was a beautiful place with amazing beaches and scenery."
