Chris Lyon
Head of Client Services
As Head of Client Services, Chris ensures that our Lancaster-based Account Management teams provide exceptional customer service and hit their respective monthly targets. He’s additionally involved in developing new business opportunities and growing new accounts.
Chris joined Citybase in July 2009 and initially worked within the company’s leisure team, before he moved across to corporate accounts a year later.
Originally from Liverpool, Chris is an ardent Everton fan and an outgoing family man.
Did you know?
Chris was once a bartender at Disney World in Florida, where he had to memorise over 50 cocktails.
