Senior Guest Services Specialist

As a Senior Guest Services Specialist, Britania is responsible for responding to customers that request assistance with their accommodation stays. She coordinates with property partners to ensure high-quality services are provided and updates all booking information on our systems.

Prior to joining SilverDoor, Britania accomplished her GCSEs and A-levels after studying in Kingston, Jamaica.

In her free time, Britania enjoys dancing, listening to music and travelling.
