Tamara Reid
Guest Services Manager
As Guest Services Manager, Tamara oversees the global Guest Services team and is responsible for looking after guests, coordinating with property partners, and handling any queries that might arise.
Prior to joining SilverDoor, Tamara graduated from the University of Surrey with a degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management. Post-graduation, she moved to Florida and spent 18 months working on a prestigious management training programme before moving to The Apartment Service in 2010.
In her free time, Tamara enjoys holidays, reading, cooking, and spending time with her nieces. She was also a volunteer Brownie Leader for over 10 years!

"The Bahamas and Brazil if I had to choose…the beaches were so clear and blue, and it was such an incredible experience exploring the beautiful Iguazu Falls!"
