The SilverDoor Academy is a chance for undergraduate students to develop their career path, achieve their goals and take their first steps in a full-time working environment.

Our 12-month placement scheme is ideal for those on a sandwich course, and carries all the benefits of permanent employment. You’ll learn about our group as a whole, receive regular training, and be provided with accommodation.

Successful placement students also have the opportunity to become permanent members of staff after completing their studies.

Through a structured programme the SilverDoor Academy provides a solid stepping stone to a prosperous career.
